Job summary

Osmo in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Product Manager (Technical) to own scoping and delivery for internal tooling and AI-enabled workflows. You will work directly with engineering to craft clear requirements, push back on timelines, and drive high-impact solutions across cross-functional teams.

You will partner with the CTO's team to ship features, embed in streams quickly, and apply AI tools to accelerate drafting, tracking, and stakeholder communication. This is a hands-on, independent PM role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Experience writing requirements documents as a core responsibility.
• Direct collaboration with engineering teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Scope projects end-to-end with clear requirements for engineering builds.
• Negotiate scope and estimates with engineering teams to meet timelines.
• Identify high-value internal tooling opportunities and prioritize them.
• Embed with workstreams to understand deeply and produce a plan.
• Partner with engineering to ensure delivery against committed dates.
• Bring structure to ambiguous initiatives without adding bureaucracy.
• Pivot across domains as priorities shift within the company.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for requirements drafting and tracking.
