Job summary

Niural Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join our NYC HQ and own the design, build, and automation of internal AI tools. You will work with the Product team to translate problems into working systems, deploying end-to-end AI workflows that scale across departments.

You'll collaborate with engineering to ship fast using Claude Code and other AI tools, delivering production-quality code and data workflows that power global payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying web apps (React/Next.js/Node/FastAPI).
• Deep experience with LLM APIs including prompt engineering.
• Experience building multi-step AI workflows or agent-based systems.
• Working knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and document pipelines.
• Comfort with SQL/PostgreSQL and API integrations (REST, webhooks).
• Experience deploying and maintaining production apps (Docker, cloud).
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy full-stack internal tools (web apps, dashboards, admin panels).
• Design multi-step AI workflows using LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Build AI systems for data extraction, processing, classification, and payroll validation.
• Connect HRIS, payroll engines, CRMs, databases, Slack, email to automate data transfer.
• Own full lifecycle: build, deploy, monitor, iterate; keep docs updated.
