Job summary

OpenText in Lexington, KY seeks a Vice President of Product Management for Operations & Service Management (OSM) to lead vision, strategy, and execution across ITOM, Observability, AIOps, and CMDB.

You will build a high-performing PM organization, drive AI-first platform evolution, partner with cross-functional teams, and engage strategic clients to shape product direction and monetization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management in enterprise software (SaaS and cloud).
• Proven VP-level leadership managing product leaders and large portfolios.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, observability, AIOps, automation, and related enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the OSM portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management organization.
• Drive transition from UI-centric to API-, data-, workflow-, and AI-first platforms.
• Define how humans, copilots, and autonomous agents interact across enterprise workflows.
• Partner with Development, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
