Osmo is hiring a Head of Applied AI in Elizabeth, NJ to lead the OI team that builds ML models powering our olfactory intelligence platform. You will own the roadmap, ensure enterprise commitments, and work with cross‑functional partners to productionize models with robust monitoring and drift handling.

You will remain hands-on, guide researchers and engineers, and set the quality bar for model evaluation, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the Elizabeth, NJ office.

Formación

• 10+ years of ML/AI experience with production models.
• Proven people leadership & hiring experience.
• Deep craft in generative models or molecular ML.
• Production-minded with model versioning and monitoring.
• Curious about hard data and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the OI Team by hiring and mentoring ML engineers.
• Set the model roadmap across key areas.
• Own benchmarks and model cards for customers.
• Deliver enterprise commitments with strict accuracy gates.
• Run data flywheel with Sensory Science & Fragrance.
• Ship to production with API versioning & monitoring.
• Stay hands-on by reading diffs and running experiments.
• Make hard decisions to prioritize work.
• Partner with Chemistry, perfumers, and evaluators to ground models.
• Define excellence in applied ML at Osmo.
