Silvus Technologies in Irvine, CA is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements and revenue growth for the integrated portfolio. You will translate defense requirements into turnkey configurations and own system-level specs and KPIs.

This role bridges tactical integration with engineering, focusing on PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future packages, with remote work eligibility for US candidates and up to 25-50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless comms, RF systems, SDRs, mesh networking.
• Translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Influence cross-functional teams to meet release dates.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. citizen; background check and drug test required.

Responsabilités

• Translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and integrations.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to leverage radios into turnkey systems.
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
• Manage lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
• Drive product adoption with sales to generate revenue and capture field feedback.
• Travel up to 25-50% for field testing and customer meetings.
