Job summary

MassMutual seeks a Technical Product Manager to own the technical vision for Worksite platforms, aligning business goals with scalable cloud-native solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams through architecture, design reviews, and delivery to ensure reliability and performance.

You will drive API-first, event-driven architectures using Kafka, OpenL, and AWS, while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to optimize service delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technical product management, software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments.
• 8+ years of cloud-native and distributed systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with scalable technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into architecture-aligned designs and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, predictable outcomes.
• Drive Agile execution, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Act as technical owner for platform stability, incident management, and production operations.
• Oversee API-first, event-driven microservices delivery and system integration.
