Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the technical product vision for Worksite Technology. You will own the roadmap, translate business needs into architecture-aligned plans, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams responsible for cloud-first, API-driven platforms.

You will lead Agile execution, ensure platform stability, incident management, and performance improvements while collaborating with vendors and business leaders to align priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technical product management, software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise apps in Agile environments.
• 8+ years working with cloud-native and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into architecture-aligned designs and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Act as technical owner for platform stability, incident management, and reliability.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and readiness for production.
