Job summary

IDC seeks a Technical Product Manager to oversee the China deployment of IDC Quanta, acting as the on-the-ground owner in Beijing. You will drive end-to-end delivery from cloud provisioning to model evaluation, ensuring compliance and alignment with US leadership.

You will manage ICP filing, MLPS 2.0 and PIPL reviews, coordinate vendor efforts, and document architecture without touching core Quanta code. Travel to Beijing and US offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology implementation and 5+ years leading cross-border deployments.
• Hands-on ICP filing experience with regulatory knowledge including MLPS 2.0 and PIPL.
• Experience with Alibaba Cloud or AWS China including VPC isolation and BYOK.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery planning and deployment of IDC Quanta China.
• Manage ICP filing end-to-end and maintain schedule to meet milestones.
• Assess and document MLPS 2.0 and PIPL compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with US/China leaders and vendors for sprint execution.
• Maintain risk, governance, and status reporting for the program.
