Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of on-prem deployments across engineering, facilities, manufacturing, installation, and operations.
• Map and improve handoffs to create an end-to-end deployment framework from pre-sale to acceptance.
• Design repeatable program architecture with templates, runbooks, cadences, and dashboards.
• Provide actionable product feedback from deployment learnings to Product Management.
• Lead hands-on customer delivery for initial accounts before packaged delivery.
