Job summary

IDC in Beijing is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery for the China deployment of IDC Quanta. You will coordinate with local leadership and a third-party vendor to ensure cloud provisioning, model integration, and regulatory compliance across the sprint plan.

You will manage ICP filing, MLPS 2.0/PIPL reviews, and BYOK-enabled China cloud setup, working with both Chinese and US stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure on-time go-live.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering cross-border China deployments.
• Hands-on ICP filing experience with successful filings.
• Knowledge of MLPS 2.0 and PIPL compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from Pre-Sprint to Sprint 4 with cloud provisioning and deployment.
• Manage ICP filing end-to-end and keep process moving.
• Conduct MLPS 2.0 gap assessment and PIPL compliance review.
• Configure China cloud infrastructure (Alibaba Cloud primary, AWS China fallback) with BYOK and VPC isolation.
• Coordinate model evaluation across multiple LLMs against defined thresholds.
• Document External China-Protected RAG architecture and identity federation.
• Chair local steering committee, prepare status decks, and escalate HIGH risks within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with legal for PRC regulatory opinions and export controls.
