Great American Insurance Group is seeking a results-driven Technical Product Manager for the Software Lab within P&C IT. You will drive strategy, prioritization, and delivery for the Cube API team, positioned between core PAS systems and consumers.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, defining requirements, and aligning business goals with technical solutions. On-site at least two days weekly with potential for three days remote; core in‑office days to be determined by business

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Lean methodologies certification preferred; UX certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains the product roadmap aligned with goals and customer needs.
• Translates business needs into technical specs and user stories.
• Defines product strategy aligning business objectives with technical innovation.
• Oversees the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Communicates product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Partners with UX to conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.
