Job summary

Great American Insurance Group, within the Software Lab of P&C IT, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive Cube API strategy with cross-functional teams. You will shape requirements, prioritize work, and ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof product decisions.

You will work on-site at least two days weekly, with potential for three days remote; core in‑office days are Tuesday and Thursday. A Bachelor’s in IT/CS and 3+ years in technical product management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Lean methodologies certification preferred; UX design certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product roadmap aligning with business goals.
• Translates business needs into technical specs and user stories.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and drive delivery.
• Partners with engineering to ensure timely feature delivery and quality.
