Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and collaborate with IT Services and business partners. You will translate business needs into technical specs, drive architecture decisions, and guide cross‑functional teams toward timely, high‑quality releases.

The role requires 6–10 years in Technical Product Management, a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, and certifications in Lean and User‑Centered Design are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Lean methodologies certification preferred, with understanding of development frameworks.
• User-Centered Design certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the product roadmap and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical challenges and align on architecture and implementation.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog for multiple teams.
• Mentor staff and participate in talent decisions to build a strong product team.
• Track product performance metrics and drive data‑driven improvements.
