Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the Software Lab within P&C IT. You will drive strategy, prioritize features, and oversee the Cube API product between PAS systems and consumers.

On-site two days a week with potential for three remote days, collaboration with engineering, UX, and business teams will be key. You'll translate business needs into technical requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and measure performance to drive improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Technical Product Management.
• Lean methodologies certification preferred.
• User-Centered Design certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Translates business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Defines and drives product strategy with scalable, future-proof decisions.
• Oversees the product lifecycle from concept to launch with engineering teams.
• Communicates product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Advocates for end-users and collaborates with UX for usability testing.
