Job summary

Körber is seeking a Technical Product Lead for our Material Handling Equipment portfolio in Irving, Texas. You will own requirements, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day execution, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into clear specifications.

The role focuses on defining what is built, aligning with standards and product definitions, while enabling engineering teams to deliver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting requirements definition, backlog management, or execution in technical environments.
• 5 years of exposure to automation, material handling, industrial equipment, or capital projects preferred.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management and cross-functional product development processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20–25% for customer engagement, site visits, and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product requirements, features, and enhancements aligned to approved product strategy and standards.
• Gather, document, and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and program requirements into clear, actionable inputs for Engineering.
• Translate customer and business needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and TDP inputs.
• Partner with Engineering and R&D teams to support execution, clarify intent, and resolve requirement-level questions during development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Design to support pricing inputs, bids, and proposals, ensuring product requirements and configurations are clearly defined and feasible.
