Job summary

Körber is seeking a Technical Product Lead to own requirements definition and backlog prioritization for its MHE portfolio, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations and Commercial teams. You will translate customer needs into clear specifications and support delivery for reusable product architectures.

This role is based in Irving, Texas, offering a hybrid work setting with travel up to 25% and close collaboration with global teams to drive value and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; experience translating customer needs into specifications.
• Experience supporting requirements definition, backlog management, or execution in technical environments.
• Proven ability to work with engineering, R&D, operations and sales teams.
• Travel up to 20–25% for customer engagement and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product requirements, features, and enhancements aligned to strategy.
• Gather, document, and prioritize inputs for Engineering from stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and inputs.
• Support execution with Engineering and R&D; resolve requirement questions.
• Collaborate on pricing inputs and proposals ensuring feasible configurations.
• Support lifecycle activities: sustaining engineering, enhancements, end-of-life transitions.
• Engage with customers and teams to validate requirements and product performance.
• Align requirements with product architectures and standards for reuse.
• Assist pricing analysis, value engineering, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to product documentation and training materials.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and provide feedback to PM and Engineering.
