Job summary

Körber Supply Chain, Irving, TX, is seeking a Technical Product Lead to own requirements, backlog, and day-to-day execution for the MHE portfolio, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations and Commercial teams.

You will translate customer needs into specifications, drive delivery, support pricing inputs, and enable cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment to standards and product architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience defining requirements and backlog management in technical environments.
• Ability to translate customer and operational needs into precise requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product requirements, features, and enhancements aligned to approved product strategy and standards.
• Gather, document, and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and program requirements into clear inputs for Engineering.
• Translate customer and business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering and R&D to support execution and clarify intent during development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Design to support pricing inputs, bids, and proposals.
• Support lifecycle activities including sustaining engineering and end-of-life transitions.
• Engage with customers and operations teams to validate requirements and gather feedback.
• Ensure requirements align with product architectures and standards to support reuse.
• Assist Product Management with pricing analysis and cost optimization.
• Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and tools.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and product performance metrics and provide feedback.
