Job summary

Körber is seeking a Technical Product Lead for its Material Handling Equipment portfolio in Irving, Texas. You will own requirements, prioritization, and day-to-day execution, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable specs that drive delivery and reuse.

The role focuses on aligning with standards, defining product definitions, and enabling efficient engineering execution, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting requirements definition and backlog management in technical environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–25% for customer engagement and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product requirements, features, and enhancements aligned to approved strategy.
• Gather, document, and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and program requirements for Engineering.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and TDP inputs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to support execution and resolve questions.
• Support pricing inputs, bids, and proposals with clear, feasible requirements.
• Manage lifecycle activities including sustaining engineering and end-of-life transitions.
• Engage with customers and operations to validate requirements and collect feedback.
• Ensure alignment with product architectures and standards to support reuse.
• Assist Product Management with pricing analysis, value engineering, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and internal tools.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
