Job summary

The ideal candidate combines engineering depth with product management acumen to translate RF/DSP theory into real hardware.

You will guide multi-year roadmaps, develop business cases, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and leadership to drive product success in high-performance rugged systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in RF/DSP/FPGA/embedded markets.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain.
• Experience with embedded software.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements.
• Strong communication with engineering, sales, customers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own RF/DSP/FPGA product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate requirements into product definitions.
• Lead NPI from concept through launch.
• Develop business cases for new products.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales.
• Present to executive leadership.
• Monitor portfolio performance.
• Communicate complex RF/DSP/FPGA concepts clearly.
