Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF and DSP to own strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of RF/DSP/FPGA-based embedded computing products. You will translate engineering concepts into market-ready requirements and drive products from concept through launch.

The role requires deep RF, DSP, FPGA expertise and experience with rugged embedded computing or defense/aerospace sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical field.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or defense/embedded tech markets.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain (RF front ends, DAC/ADC, FPGA processing).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Excellent communication with engineering, sales, customers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, tech trends and business goals.
• Translate system-level requirements into product definitions and tradeoffs.
• Build business cases and present recommendations to executives.
• Lead NPI and product launches from initial requirements to release.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and priorities.
• Engage with customers and partners to identify market opportunities.
• Prepare technical presentations and product collateral.
