Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Austin, TX, seeks a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF & DSP. You will own the strategy, roadmap, definition, and lifecycle management of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions for rugged embedded computing.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background and can translate RF and DSP theory into real-world hardware and FPGA implementations, guiding market opportunities, requirements, and tradeoffs from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, or related defense/embedded technology markets.
• Strong technical understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, and Digital Signal Processing.
• Experience translating complex system-level requirements into product requirements and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the overall product portfolio.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.
• Translate complex system-level requirements and engineering tradeoffs into compelling product strategies and requirements.
• Lead product concept definition and support the NPI process from initial requirements through product launch.
• Evaluate competitive products, technologies, architectures, and relevant form factors.
• Manage product-line financial performance, including revenue, cost, profitability, and investment priorities.
• Partner with engineering to define product requirements, differentiation, and development priorities.
• Work with sales, customers, and partners to understand market requirements and identify new opportunities.
• Develop technical presentations, product collateral, training materials, and other product communications.
