• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical field; Master's preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Translate complex system-level requirements into compelling product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead product concept definition and support the NPI process from initial requirements through product launch.
• Evaluate competitive products, technologies, architectures, and form factors.
• Manage product-line financial performance including revenue, cost, profitability, and investment priorities.
• Partner with engineering to define product requirements and development priorities.
• Work with sales, customers, and partners to understand market requirements and identify new opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagements and provide technical support during complex discussions.
• Develop technical presentations, product collateral, and training materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend product enhancements or lifecycle changes.
• Communicate RF, DSP, FPGA, and embedded tech to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
