Job summary

The Company in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF, and DSP embedded solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering insight with product strategy to guide RF/DSP/FPGA products from concept through launch.

You will translate complex RF/DSP concepts into clear product requirements, work with engineering teams, and influence strategy and lifecycle with visibility across customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or defense/embedded markets.
• Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, and DSP.
• Deep grasp of RF-to-digital signal chain including front ends, converters, FPGA processing.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF, DSP, and FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, tech trends, and business objectives.
• Translate system requirements and tradeoffs into actionable product plans.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead NPI support from initial requirements through launch and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, differentiation, and priorities.
