Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF & DSP to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions.

You will translate market needs into product requirements and guide development from concept through launch. The role requires a strong engineering background with 7+ years in RF/DSP/FPGA or related defense/embedded tech, and proven ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and leadership to drive rugged embedded

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or related defense/embedded technology markets.
• Strong technical understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, and Digital Signal Processing.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain including RF front ends, data converters, FPGA processing, and DSP.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Strong communication skills with engineering, sales, customers, suppliers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Translate system-level requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present recommendations to executives.
• Lead product concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Evaluate competitive products, architectures, and form factors.
• Manage product-line financial performance including revenue and profitability.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements and priorities.
• Work with sales, customers, and partners to identify market opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagements and provide technical support.
• Develop technical presentations, collateral, and training materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend enhancements.
• Influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Communicate RF, DSP, FPGA, and embedded tech to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
