Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to partner with the Digital Talent Strategy Lead. You will shape a product-led talent technology organization, define governance, investment strategy, and a multi-year roadmap, aligning strategy with user needs and enterprise delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Demand Management, architecture, and delivery partners to balance value, feasibility, risk, and cost, and to drive adoption and measurable outcomes across the talent tech portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology.
• Experience establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, coordinating delivery across teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, and value.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost, risk, and outcomes.
• Establish product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, and decision rights.
• Track adoption, quality, and realized value; advise on scaling or retirement.
• Align leaders, users, PMs, tech teams, vendors, and partners on outcomes and commitments.
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas and translate needs into requirements.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, releases, testing, and post-launch reviews.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise-scale adoption.
