Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Product Development Designer to contribute to end-to-end design and execution of seasonal product lines focusing on handbags, accessories, and apparel.

You will work with senior designers and cross-functional teams, researching trends, creating sketches, and assisting with materials selection to ensure market-ready designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or equivalent practical work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in fashion design or technical product development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) across PC and Mac operating environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong technical design background, including understanding of garment and accessory construction, pattern making, and flat sketches.
• Familiarity with apparel and accessories retail merchandising and production workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under seasonal deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
