Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Framingham, MA, seeks a dynamic marketer to shape earned media campaigns and social purpose initiatives for retail and fashion/home brands. This role focuses on multi-channel storytelling, media relations, and partnerships that amplify brand messages.

You will coordinate with PR agencies and internal teams, manage timelines, and guide fundraising efforts with store operations and nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing experience for a communications agency or a B2C business, preferably in retail or fashion/home fashions.
• Interest in fashion/home trends, pop culture, media news and digitally savvy.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of earned media strategy and programming - including multi-channel campaigns, brand & product-focused efforts, ongoing media relations, new store openings, and more.
• Support the development and execution of social purpose strategy and initiatives, including customer programs and non-profit partnerships.
• Serve as a client contact for PR agency and internal partners; lead execution, adherence to timelines and ensure we're meeting program & annual goals.
• Oversee point-of-sale fundraising campaigns, working closely with Store Operations and non-profit partners.
