PrismHR is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to support delivery of technology solutions across multiple platforms. You will gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements.

The role partners with stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely delivery, documentation, and adoption of platform features. Strong collaboration with onshore and offshore teams is essential, along with a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience writing technical and end-user documentation is a plus.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and create actionable user stories.

Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead multiple platform initiatives ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams across locations.
• Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
• Manage a prioritized backlog with Epics, features and stories.
• Leverage API, SQL Server, and testing tools to guide platform initiatives.
