Job summary

Phaidra is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Prism, the connective data surface for data center operations. You will shape strategy with the CPO, influence engineering, AI, design, and GTM, and drive platform-level roadmaps that scale diagnostics, triage, and operating intelligence across sites.

You will spend time on-site and with customers, translating pain into structured requirements and sequencing pragmatic steps to deliver a large, opinionated bet.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product management experience.
• Comfortable spending significant time directly with customers or end users.
• Track record of helping take a product from point solution toward platform.
• Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic product direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Prism product strategy and roadmap with the CPO.
• Visit and join calls with customers to gather feedback from production.
• Translate floor-level pain into clear product requirements.
• Lead integrations connecting new systems into Prism.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship platform capabilities.
• Support expansion to new personas and buyers, including pricing discussions.
• Establish prioritization frameworks and high-quality product artifacts.
• Own success metrics and guide roadmap trade-offs.
• Understand product architecture and participate in technical planning.
