Job summary

Fifth Dimension is seeking a US-based pre-sales engineer to join our hybrid NYC team. You will build demo environments, own the demo library, and draft security responses for enterprise deals.

You’ll work closely with AEs and CTOs, travel up to 10% for prospect sites, and help demonstrate 98% accuracy in lease abstraction. You will be fast, technically capable, and able to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• One to three years in a technical role adjacent to customers (pre-sales/solutions engineering, implementation, support, or data analysis).
• SQL you can write and Python you can read/modify; comfort with data and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Build prospect-specific demo environments loaded with client documents and tested end-to-end.
• Own the demo library and runbooks so demos can be rebuilt quickly.
• Draft security questionnaires and RFP/RFI responses from the answer library.
• Run product in live demos and conduct discovery calls and demos as you earn them.
• Build proof-of-value scripts and make accuracy comparisons on prospect documents.
• Maintain up-to-date battle cards and competitive notes; hand off won deals to implementation.
