Staff Perm seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee process and packaging systems integration for industrial applications in Irving, TX. You will lead projects from opportunity through execution, coordinating sales, engineering, and fabrication teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing automation or conveyors, strong PM skills, and hands-on knowledge of process/packaging systems. Travel is needed; relocation not required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in manufacturing automation or conveyor equipment.
• Proven project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of process or packaging systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and research.
• Respond to RFQs/RFPs with tailored technical proposals.
• Develop scopes of work and cost estimates for projects.
• Schedule and lead meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance on process and packaging systems.
• Support development of new project opportunities.
• Travel at least twice monthly to support scope and sales.
• Manage projects through all phases with design and fabrication teams.
• Oversee subcontractor services and negotiate terms.
• Keep clients informed on milestones, budgets, and schedules.
