Become a key contributor as a Technical Project Manager specializing in process and packaging systems integration for industrial applications.
This role involves managing the integration of process and packaging systems for food, beverage, and other industries. You will work closely with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and oversee project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and industry research.
- Respond to RFQs/RFPs with customized technical proposals.
- Develop detailed scopes of work and cost estimates for projects.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Provide technical assistance related to process and packaging systems.
- Support development of solutions to initiate new projects.
- Travel at least twice monthly to support project scoping and sales efforts.
- Manage projects through all phases, coordinating with design and fabrication teams.
- Negotiate and oversee subcontractor services.
- Keep clients informed on project milestones, budgets, and schedules.
- Effectively manage change orders.
- Offer technical recommendations and support on company systems and services.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding project status and issues.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing automation or conveyor equipment.
- Project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of process and/or packaging systems.
- Good customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in plant maintenance or capital project management.
- Hands‑on experience with sheet metal and machine shop operations including welding, shear, brake press, and finishing.
- Knowledge of millwright procedures including equipment installation, dismantling, repairs, sanitary and process piping.
- Experience designing material handling systems, conveyors, mezzanines, mixing and seasoning, piping, electrical & controls.
- Established relationships in the Food and Beverage Industry.
Work Environment
- Position located in Irving, TX with planned move to Duncanville, TX in summer.
- Full‑time, direct hire role.
- Travel required at least twice per month.
