Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial/Commercial Plumbing experience strongly preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficient with existing procedures to solve standard problems and analyze information.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Review work orders and resolve complex issues.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Formulate and implement a preventive maintenance program for building systems.
