Job summary

CBRE Lead Plumber role supporting a regulated life sciences R&D environment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of domestic water, sanitary, process piping, and lab utility systems.

Qualifications

• MA Plumbing License is required.
• 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Repair/installation of water, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
• Install water systems per blueprints and codes.
• Ensure waste/vent lines are in good condition and compliant.
