Job summary

Trident Maritime Systems-Heavy Equipment Group in Kingsford, MI is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to perform full life cycle recruiting for staff across technical and plant roles such as assembly, welding, IT, engineering, and management.

On-site at our Kingsford location, you will collaborate with hiring managers, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage pre-boarding and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Recruiting, Human Resources experience.
• Fluent within DocuSign.
• General knowledge of employment law and recruiting practices.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with candidates.
• Pre-screen candidates, administer assessments and checks.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with the hiring manager.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals.
• Travel to other facilities as needed.
