Job summary

NCCO International in West St. Paul, MN seeks a Technical Phone Support specialist to assist customers with DateCodeGenie, RightBytes and Task Manager. This on-site role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with scheduling arranged with the Technical Support Manager.

Job Title: TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT

Department: DateCodeGenie Operations

Location: 280 East Lothenbach Ave, West St. Paul, MN 55118; On-Site, with potential eligibility for hybrid work arrangements at a later date.

Reports to: Technical Support Manager

Schedule :40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, as arranged with Manager

Salary: $46,500 – $54,000 per year [depending on experience]

Annual Incentive Pay: 5% target of earned base salary, based on individual / team / company performance
