The role focuses on supporting B2B applications, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining Trading Partner documentation. Requires high school education, two years of post-secondary tech education, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform support and maintenance to ensure B2B applications support business requirements for legacy and Oracle Cloud environments.
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop proficiency in AS400 navigation, mainframe navigation, Oracle Cloud, EDI standards, and Trading Partner setup with training.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all components related to Trading Partner relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional support.

Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a dedicate ComputerSupport Technician to join their team. As aComputerSupport Technician, you will be part of the IT Services department supporting the Corporate Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: AUSTIN, MN

Pay Range: $21.65/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours (standard work week – 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)
