Job summary

National Checking Company seeks a Technical Phone Support specialist to assist customers using DateCodeGenie, RightBytes and Task Manager. The role is on-site at 280 East Lothenbach Ave, West St. Paul, MN, with potential hybrid arrangements in the future.

You will provide interactive technical support via phone, email, and Teams, resolving login/app issues and documenting steps to build a knowledge base. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year college degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of one-year call center experience in technical support.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide interactive technical support via phone, email, Microsoft Teams or TeamViewer for customers experiencing problems with Android tablets, thermal printers, and mobile applications.
• Resolve login/authentication issues, remote access, app reinstallation, Wi-Fi and device configurations.
• Train customers on cloud-based software and applications.
• Assist internal and external customers in troubleshooting and resolving problems quickly.
• Explain technical issues clearly to customers with varying levels of technical skill.
• Document calls and troubleshooting steps to maintain a clear history.
• Help develop knowledge base articles to assist customers navigating our products.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
