Corporate Technologies LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Client Success Manager to build trusted advisor relationships and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions. This in-person role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with engineers, and proactive account management.

The ideal candidate excels in communication, negotiation, and presenting proposals. A background in IT or customer-focused roles is preferred, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions per customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Conduct quarterly onsite meetings with customers and provide recommendations.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to management and clients.
• Prepare and review account status reports with customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to grow opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalations.
• Prepare and present proposals for products and services.
• Document customer interactions and actions taken.
• Support Account Managers in resolving billing disputes.
• Assist with contract questions and dispute resolution.
• Provide general support to the Account Management team.

Essential Job Duties

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
• Quarterly onsite meetings with assigned customers providing recommendations and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with management and clients.
• Prepare and review reports on account status with your customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to identify and grow opportunities within your base clients.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Prepare and present proposals for products and service offerings.
• Document customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments including actions taken.
• Support Account Managers in resolving billing disputes, working with internal teams to research charges and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Assist with contract questions and disputes, including reviewing agreement terms with clients and coordinating with management on resolution.
• Provide general support to the Account Management team, including client follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day service coordination.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in customer service, an education in Information Technology or an understanding in IT is a plus. Some sales experience would be helpful but not a requirement.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
• Must work effectively with senior-level executives and staff; must also be able to work independently.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Must have strong customer support orientation for external customers, demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (plus commission)

Supplemental Pay
