Qualifications

• Direct experience selling or providing technical support of packaging equipment (meat/food/cheese industries preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Overwrap, Thermoform, Lid Seal and Modified Atmosphere Packaging.
• Ability to travel overnight 70-80% regionally.
• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Reiser sales team with technical support on packaging machines.
• Support and communicate with sales team on all packaging calls with customers.
• Professionally represent our products to new and existing customers.
• Continually build pipelines through cold-calling, networking, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Share best sales practices with team and company.
• Be actively involved with sales industry associations and attend packaging trade shows.
• Ensure technical documentation and reports are accurate and received on time.
• Help to facilitate quotations, product samples, and deliveries.
• Train new sales personnel in packaging and what markets each product is best suited for.
• Work with the Reiser Service Team on machine installations.
• Attend national and regional sales meetings and packaging trade shows.
