Qualifications

• 3+ years in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
• Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with 60-80% travel by automobile or plane.

Responsibilities

• Enter the Reiser FIRST program with extensive training on flagship product lines.
• Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Spend 60-80% of time traveling within an assigned region to facility sites.
• Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Participate in projects to install or improve safety and performance of equipment.
