Curries, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding its Order Management Team with a Technical Order Processing Specialist on-site at our Mesquite, Texas facility.

You will accurately enter and process customer orders for production, interpret product specifications, and research drawings to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with Math, Geometry and Algebra.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, renderings or drawings is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process orders placed by customers into the system for production/manufacturing.
• Interpret product specifications and research drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and problems while maintaining KPIs.
• Communicate with customers on discrepancies, order conflicts, and shipping delays.
• Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements impacting customer experience.
• Perform other duties as required and promote a safe work environment.

Curries (an ASSA ABLOY company) is expanding our Order Management Team! We are adding a Technical Order Processing Specialist to the Team. This will be an on-site role based out of our regional manufacturing facility located in Mesquite, Texas.

What would you do as our Technical Order Processing Specialist?

You will accurately enter and process orders placed by our customers into the system for production / manufacturing. This includes interpreting product specifications and researching drawings.

You would also:

• Perform all duties relating to the processing of customer orders with a high degree of accuracy (orders range from basic stock to highly configured)
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and problems while maintaining appropriate metrics and KPIs
• Communicate with customers on discrepancies, order conflicts, and shipping delays.
• Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the overall customer experience.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Continually promote a safe and harmonious working environment, demonstrating strict adherence to the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct and ASSA ABLOY Health & Safety Policy

The Skills and Experience you need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Math, Basic Geometry and Algebra skills would help you excel
• Previous exposure to reading schematics, blueprints, renderings or architectural drawings is highly desirable
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up and a sense of urgency are required
• Must excel working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience/exposure to working within the Door, Building Materials and/or Hollow Metal industries are highly desirable
