ASSA ABLOY’s Curries facility in Mesquite, Texas seeks a Technical Order Processing Specialist to accurately enter and process customer orders for production. You’ll interpret product specs, research drawings, and handle basic to highly configured orders on-site.

You will assist customers with technical questions, manage order discrepancies and shipping delays, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. A focus on process improvements and safety is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in math; geometry and algebra skills helpful.
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints a plus.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email).
• Strong verbal and written communication; analytical, organized with follow-up.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.

We are adding a Technical Order Processing Specialist to the Team.
