Job summary

Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support for tolling technology and ITS products nationwide. You will work with field technicians, IT teams, and customers to ensure system availability and satisfaction.

The role includes monitoring systems, incident management, and hands-on deployment support, with a 24/7/365 on-call rotation to cover critical operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, technical support, operations support, or IT-related field.
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in technology/electronics/IT preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to internal and external customers.
• Handle calls, incidents, and support requests from multiple channels.
• Manage SLAs through ServiceNow to meet support requirements.
• Communicate incident updates, outages, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues per procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
• Triage and prioritize incidents by severity and impact.
