Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Biomedical or Medical Robotics Engineering or closely related area is required.
• PhD preferred for the role.
• Two+ years of hands-on experience with medical imaging equipment operations (MRI, C-arm, ultrasound).
• Experience in Biomedical/Medical Robotics areas is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEIC operations.
• Coordinate facility use scheduling, technical support, billing and invoicing, and maintenance.
• Research potential members and plan facility use with clients.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee training credentials for MRI, fluoroscope, lasers, and other equipment.
• Maintain access control and scheduling/charging for internal and external users.
