Job summary

Novo Nordisk Inc in North Carolina seeks a Senior Technical Team Lead to oversee a 24/7 operations team in our fill and finish environment. You will optimize processes, manage day-to-day activities, and align with site objectives.

The role emphasizes developing staff, driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma, coordinating with manufacturing schedules, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a high-performing manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited university required.
• Associate’s degree in technical field from an accredited university with seven years of experience in Manufacturing/Maintenance/Process.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with nine years of experience in Manufacturing/Maintenance/Process.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the assigned technical team in a 24/7 operations environment with standardized practices.
• Ensure equipment is designed, available, capable and accessible to meet production and business requirements.
• Drive execution and improvement of technical tasks aligned with project or site targets.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement process improvements for equipment performance and quality.
• Schedule and coordinate plans with development or manufacturing schedules.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports to maintain a high-performing team and accountability.
