Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Durham, NC seeks an experienced supervisor to lead day-to-day shopfloor activities, ensure safe and compliant operation, and execute production plans in one or more work cells.

You will monitor equipment, coordinate maintenance, train team members, manage safety and quality issues, and perform operator duties 50–75% of the time. This role supports the production of our injectable and oral treatments and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably FDA-regulated environments.
• Ability to read/write SOPs and product documentation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shopfloor activities in one or more work cells.
• Ensure safe, effective, compliant production operations and adherence to plans.
• Monitor equipment, systems and processes; coordinate maintenance.
