Novo Nordisk USA in Clayton, NC seeks a senior IT leader to guide the site’s IT strategy, 24/7 support, and regulatory compliance. You will coach SMEs, drive LEAN improvements, and partner with global IT teams to scale manufacturing systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in IT/CS and 7+ years in IT or automation (GMP preferred), plus 3+ years in people leadership. The role focuses on KPI development, system stability, and IT governance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; GMP experience preferred.
Minimum 7 years IT or automation experience, manufacturing environment a plus.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership or project management leadership.
Experience leading 24/7 IT support and life-cycle projects is preferred.
Familiarity with GxP documentation and regulatory audits is beneficial.

Responsabilités

Manage, lead, and coach SMEs to maintain a high-performing team.
Provide continuous feedback, structure, and accountability with LEAN practices.
Maximize IT staff value through development, coaching, and performance management.
Create and implement KPIs for areas of responsibility.
Drive technical discussions, problem solving, and compliance reviews.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders at all levels, including global partners.
Develop IT strategy for site assets and new technologies aligned with production goals.
Ensure stability to meet current and future production needs.
Establish 24/7 support, escalation, and governance for IT systems.
