You will guide day-to-day activities, align with strategic goals, and develop a high-performing workforce.

You will oversee training, coaching, and performance management, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve site objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or process industries with supervisory responsibility.
• Leadership experience related to technical activities or improvement projects is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily activities of the assigned technical team and align with department strategies.
• Ensure equipment is designed, available and meeting production requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and quality.
• Schedule and coordinate plans with development or manufacturing schedules.
• Coach and develop reporting personnel with clear IDPs and annual goals.
• Drive technical discussions and problem solving to meet site targets.
• Develop KPIs for areas of responsibility and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on training, performance management, and recruitment.
• Follow Novo Nordisk Way and safety/environmental requirements.
