Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing environment.
• This position is subject to ITAR requirements and US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire 3-shift production and maintenance operations for X & Y Plants.
• Recruit, train, appraise, and develop maintenance and operations staff.
• Drive OEE, value add, and financial goals while improving organizational capability.
• Lead root-cause problem solving and drive continuous improvement.
